Pensacola's Mall to Mall Walk For Breast Cancer

On October 31st I volunteered for the American Cancer Society to provide photo coverage. It was very chilly and there was spurts of drizzling rain, but the walk did not stop. My favorite part of the walk was standing at the finish line and to see the pride in the many survivor's faces as they came through the pink balloon arch. Many cheering, clapping, and and simply saying, "I did it, I made it." I am looking very forward to participating next year.

Pumpkin Patch

Yeah!!! Pumpkin Patch! Marcus is currently in preschool and his class went on a field trip to a pumpkin patch.

Marcus' teacher

We bought a pumpkin.
CUTE!

Marcus would not participate.

A few weeks ago I attended a family gathering with my friend Mary in support of our friend Meka. Its hard to image the pain that this family endured just hours before these pictures were taken. It was so nice to the see everyone be so strong and pull together and have a good time.

This is a page from a funeral program that I created a few weeks ago. I was provided with pictures and newspaper clippings and this is what I created. The family was very pleased.
