Happy Birthday!

I made my dad a birthday card. That's his special margarita hat!

I was very excited to celebrate my dad's 50th birthday. We couldn't do as much as we wanted because he got in town late in the afternoon and was planning to head back out of town that night, but he will have a big party very soon.

Not Again!

This is Marcus, standing up, with his head on the couch, and sound asleep.

This is not the first time this has happened.....

HAPPY THANKSGIVING!

Thanksgiving dinner only took me an hour and a half to make. I bought a bake in the bag turkey. All I had to do was stick the bag in the oven for an hour...yummy!

The turkey was actually very good, and I don't even like Turkey.

My Terrific Kid

My son was the Terrific Kid of the Month for November!

Picking his nose while receiving an award-classy!!

Final Show of the Year

We had a good time but, too much walking, too many people-it will be a while before we attend another show.

Photo Shoot

Just a snippet of a session I did last Sunday. When will you book yours?

HAPPY HALLOWEEN!!!!!!!!!!!

Marcus fell asleep an hour before we were going out to Trick or Treat. So when we woke him up he was not a happy camper-especially, because he woke up I had already dressed him including his beard. THis is him when he first sat up in the bed...

Now the anger has set in, and he doesn't want anything to do with this whole Halloween thing.

So we tried the Goatee.

Didn't work.

Finally after all the crying we headed to my parent's house for some candy. Kirsten, Kaylen, and Mary met us there.

No beard, no tears.

Did I say Kirsten and Kaylen? I meant Hanna Montana and Ariel, plus my little pirate that was digging for treasure.

Pensacola's Mall to Mall Walk For Breast Cancer

On October 31st I volunteered for the American Cancer Society to provide photo coverage. It was very chilly and there was spurts of drizzling rain, but the walk did not stop. My favorite part of the walk was standing at the finish line and to see the pride in the many survivor's faces as they came through the pink balloon arch. Many cheering, clapping, and and simply saying, "I did it, I made it." I am looking very forward to participating next year.
